COURSE OUTCOME
Improving managerial practices and techniques with simple, pragmatic and measurable effects. Improving management and communication skills to build confidence, promote efficient teamwork and a collaborative mindset.
TEACHING METHOD
Dynamic and pragmatic training with sharing of experience, applicable to both public and private sectors.
Bilingual “à la carte” teaching in French and/or English with interaction, role-play and workshops validating the acquisition of skills. A conference on this subject is also available.
COURSE OUTLINE
The course includes 3 parts:
1. Managing a team
- Developing the team manager’s role.
- Profiling a team by identifying motivating factors and skills grid.
- Developing the capacity to set up a committed and inspired team.
2. Designing and managing a project with a team
- Analysing and making a diagnosis.
- Project planning, organising and empowering a team.
- Persuading, negotiating and managing conflicts.
3. Following up team performance
- Reporting business, assessing gains and following up improvement.
