An innovative and efficient 7 key-method for understanding the rules of international business management. Providing managerial techniques and collaborative approaches needed to work efficiently in an international environment: decision-making process, cross-cultural networks, flexible cross-cultural communication, team empowerment, innovative techniques and conflict management.
